Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of voidd.appand the VOIDD Shopify app (together, the "Service"), provided by VOIDD ("VOIDD", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VOIDD provides animated Shopify theme sections and an installable Shopify app that adds those sections to your store along with related tooling (chat assistant, configuration UI, analytics). The exact features available depend on your subscription plan and what you choose to enable.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

The VOIDD Shopify app is installed via your Shopify account. Shopify's authentication governs your access. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your store.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, harassment, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate limits, usage quotas, plan restrictions, or security controls.
• Use the chat assistant to generate content that is hateful, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by Anthropic's usage policies.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

The VOIDD app is offered on Free, Pro, and Business plans. Pricing and plan limits are listed inside the app and on the Shopify App Store. Current plan pricing is displayed on the Shopify App Store listing and in the VOIDD app dashboard. Paid plans are billed by Shopify under your store's billing arrangement and are subject to Shopify's billing terms.

We may change prices for new billing periods on at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds. All paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Refund disputes must be directed to Shopify Support, which handles billing per its own policies. VOIDD may, at its discretion, honor goodwill refunds for proven service outages or billing errors — contact support@voidd.app within 30 days of the charge.

We may offer free trials. Unless otherwise stated, trials automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period. You can cancel inside the app or by uninstalling at any time before conversion.

VOIDD and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the code, design, animations, copy, branding, and underlying intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own store while your subscription is active and in compliance with these Terms.

Your content. Anything you upload or configure in the Service (images, text, settings) remains yours. You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or losses caused by third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIDD AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOIDD from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the VOIDD app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for how we handle and delete your data following uninstall.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the VOIDD app dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of- laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
