These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ghost Case, the digital binder and trading community available at voidd.app (the "Service"), provided by VOIDD ("VOIDD", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ghost Case is a collection tracker and a matchmaker. We help you catalog your cards, find members whose collections overlap with your wants, and communicate with them in a monitored venue.
We are never a party to your trades. VOIDD is not a broker, escrow agent, payment processor, marketplace, or intermediary of any kind. Every trade is a private arrangement between two members. We do not hold cards, money, or shipments at any point. Members trade entirely at their own risk.
Cash offers between members are communicate-only: you may discuss them in trade threads, but no payment passes through the Service, and we take no position on — and no responsibility for — any payment arrangement members make between themselves.
Ghost Case has three tiers, and the age requirement is different for each:
You declare your age once, when you create your account, by ticking one box: 18 or older, or 13 to 17. We do not ask for your date of birth. By creating an account you represent that the box you ticked is accurate, and by entering the trade venue you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We may suspend or remove venue access, or the account itself, if we learn the declared age was false. If you are under the age of majority where you live but 13 or older, you may use the non-venue parts of the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Core collection tracking is free. Paid membership ($5/month) unlocks the trading community: a monitored venue, trade matching, messaging, and the reputation system.
You own everything you post: photos, posts, comments, and your collection data. By posting, you grant VOIDD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and reproduce that content within the Service as needed to operate it (showing your trade photos to your counterparty, your posts in the feed, your binder to people you share it with).
Trade photos are trade records. Photos uploaded as part of a trade are watermarked and locked when both sides confirm them — they become the evidentiary record of what was offered. Because your counterparty relies on that record, watermarked trade photos are retained as trade records even after you delete your account. This is a dispute-integrity measure, not a marketing license: retained trade photos are used only in connection with the trades they document.
The community runs on honesty. You agree not to:
Enforcement. We may flag accounts, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and refuse or cancel membership — including based on community feedback, dispute history, and moderation findings. Because trust is the product, community standing is a legitimate basis for enforcement. Reviews on completed trades are permanent. Moderation decisions are final. We keep an audit trail of moderation actions; moderation never silently deletes a trade record.
Ghost Case is community-based trading. We make honesty structural where we can — forced front-and-back photo verification, locked photo records, shipment confirmation, mandatory reviews — but the system's foundation is member conduct. Community feedback (reviews, "as described" rates, vouches, dispute outcomes) is weighted in your standing on the Service and in how you appear to other traders. By trading, you accept that your conduct will be visible and consequential.
Card prices and collection values shown in the Service are informational estimates drawn from third-party sources. They are not appraisals, offers, or statements of what any card will trade or sell for. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.
We do not authenticate, grade, or certify cards. We make no guarantee of any card's authenticity or condition. The photo system exists as evidence between members — it is their record of the trade, not our certification of the cards in it.
Ghost Case is a fan-made collection tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any trading card game publisher. Pokémon and all card names, images, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Card data and images displayed in the Service are sourced through public APIs and remain their owners' property.
The Ghost Case software, design, and branding belong to VOIDD. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
DMCA. If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@voidd.app with the material identified, your contact information, and a good-faith statement of infringement. We respond to valid notices promptly.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY TRADE WILL COMPLETE, ANY MEMBER WILL PERFORM, OR ANY PRICE ESTIMATE WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIDD AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST CARDS, FAILED TRADES, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRADE ARRANGED THROUGH IT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@voidd.app and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any proceeding not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, risk to other members, or conduct inconsistent with the community's trust standards. On termination, your license to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature survive (content licenses for trade records, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) survive. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Ghost Case is built by VOIDD ("VOIDD", "we", "us"), reachable at support@voidd.app. This policy explains what we collect when you use Ghost Case, what we deliberately don't, and the rights you have over your data.
Your collection is private until you choose to share it. Specifically:

Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases are performance of a contract (running your account and trades), legitimate interest (moderation, security, dispute integrity), and consent (opt-in notifications and community features). EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale — we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Accounts require you to be at least 13, and the trade venue (trading, messages, community posting) requires you to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The binder itself needs no account and stores nothing about you on our servers — it saves on your device — so a child can use it without us collecting anything.
We do not collect your date of birth. We ask one question at signup — are you 18 or older, or 13 to 17 — and we store only the answer and the moment you gave it. That is the entire age record. It exists for one purpose, enforcing the age rules above; we never publish it, and we never use it for advertising or profiling. We hold no birth date to lose. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, or that we hold information about a child, email support@voidd.app and we will delete the account and its data.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
